VIRTUS LONDON1 (Enfield) have informed us that during the period of 5th – 15th March, they will be integrating an additional standby generator into the back-up power system at LONDON1 (Enfield).

These works have been planned in such a way as to minimise any impact on the resilience of the site however, during the process they will need to carry out mains failure scenarios on the site to prove the installation. The building UPS systems will support all services during the mains failure tests. All critical supplies which include all customer data halls and mechanical power feeds are UPS backed, with a minimum UPS battery autonomy time of approx. 45 minutes.
