VIRTUS LONDON4 (Slough) have informed us that essential maintenance and upgrade work on the UPS system will be conducted on Tuesday 17th October to Thursday 19th October between the hours of 07:30 BST and 22:00 BST.
Following the upgrade, the on-site generator control system will be upgraded and tested will be tested to prove functionality of the on-site power generation and associated equipment. In order to mitigate the multiple service interruptions that would occur during this testing, the B power feed will be temporarily fed by the UPS backed A feed..
The changeover on the B feed will result in two small power outages on the B feed only, one at approximately 07:30 BST on Tuesday 17th October and one at approximately 18:00 on Thursday 19th October. These outages will last a few seconds only. Please make sure that all hardware is dual fed or powered from the A feed, which will remain up throughout this work.
