At part of our network improvement program, EX Networks will be bringing up a new 10G fibre wave between Global Switch London (2) East (GS2) and Equinix LD8 (LD8).

On Friday 12th January 2018 starting at 22:00 GMT, EXN will be decommissioning a legacy wave between GS2 and DRT Meridian Gate (MER), traffic traversing this path will be gracefully moved to the new wave before the decommissioning. During this time some customers may notice some variations in latency and minor packet loss as OSPF and STP recalculates the new paths.
