Scheduled
Global Switch will be carrying out essential emergency maintenance to replace the PSS/10B Main Incomer LV ACB. This has been fully tested by the OEM and fitted with a new protection unit. This follows a recent spurious opening of the existing ACB resulting in an interruption to service.

During these works the 'B' power supply to the racks in rows A, B and C on the 10th Floor (Suite J03) will be isolated.

Colocation customers should ensure that all their critical load is supported by the 'A' supply prior to the isolation of the 'B' supply. Any single corded equipment on the 'B' supply will be lost. Works will only proceed if Global Switch are happy that there are no identifiable risks that could impact the supply to PSS/10A. Colocation customers should also validate their loads to ensure that the combined 'A' & 'B' load, when single sided, does not exceed 32A.

Network and vDC services within Global Switch 2 will not be affected during this maintenance, however services will be classed as 'AT RISK' during the 'B' supply isolation.
