During this maintenance window, EXN will be swapping out a rack level PDU as per our supplier recommendations. The PDU is distributing power fine, but we have lost management access to the device which is cause for concern.
The rack in question contains a large number of storage arrays for our VMware vDC environment located in Virtus Enfield as well as some per-U colocation clients. The rack has dual A+B PDUs, and all storage arrays have dual PSUs fed from one of the two PDUs, therefore during this maintenance, the rack should be considered "AT RISK" but we are not expecting any downtime.
Clients with single PSU colocated equipment, connected to the faulty PDU will be contacted individually, clients with dual PSU colocated equipment will not be contacted.
