On Saturday 18th August 2018 EXN will be performing firmware upgrades on our SAN infrastructure within Virtus Enfield & Global Switch 2. This will affect all clients who use our iSCSI Storage-as-a-Service offering and VMware vDC clients. Each SAN has dual controllers and EXN will upgrade one controller at a time following Equallogic best practices. EXN engineers do not expect any customer downtime, however due to the inherent complexity of our storage platform we are issuing this "AT RISK" window.
