Scheduled Network Maintenance – Virtus LON1 Enfield - CANCELLED
Completed - The network maintenance originally scheduled for Thursday 16th October 2025 21:00 BST has been cancelled.
The activity will be rescheduled and fresh notifications will be sent after a new date has been arranged.

Scheduled - To support future growth and provide improved network capacity and reliability, we will be upgrading network devices at our Virtus LON1 Enfield Datacentre.

When: Thursday 16th October 2025, 21:00 BST – Friday 17th October 2025, 06:00 BST

Most customers will not experience any outage, though some network services will run with reduced redundancy during the maintenance window. Customers without resilient connections could see short service interruptions.

A small number of customers may be more directly affected — those customers will be contacted individually.

Fibre Issue - Virtus LON1 Enfield to Verne London (Volta)
Resolved - Fibre engineers have located and repaired the damaged fibre. Service has been restored.

Identified - OTDR results show a break on a single strand approx 1km from Volta. Our fibre provider has been engaged.

Update - Our fibre provider has indicated no major faults, EXN have dispatched an engineer with an OTDR to Volta to conduct testing.
