Scheduled - To support future growth and provide improved network capacity and reliability, we will be upgrading network devices at our Virtus LON1 Enfield Datacentre.

When: Thursday 16th October 2025, 21:00 BST – Friday 17th October 2025, 06:00 BST

Most customers will not experience any outage, though some network services will run with reduced redundancy during the maintenance window. Customers without resilient connections could see short service interruptions.

A small number of customers may be more directly affected — those customers will be contacted individually.
