Resolved - The offending device was isolated from our network and connections have been manually moved to a new device. An RCA will be shared with clients who have open tickets in the next ten days.

Identified - At approximately 06:30 this morning the device was isolated from our network. Unfortunately as the device failed it caused a routing loop which had knock on effects to our wider network.

Scheduled - Our fibre provider will be performing a necessary cable relocation due to mandatory works from local authorities. The whole cable will be cut out at two locations and re-spliced.

Before the works begin, EXN will gracefully move all traffic off this link so we expect no service disruption during the window. However, due to the decreased redundancy, Virtus Slough (LON4) will be classed as "AT RISK" during this window.
