As part of our continued expansion, EXN will be POPing the Equinix Slough Campus (LD4/5/6/7/10). In order to bring the site online, EXN's fibre ring between London and Slough will be broken temporarily to insert new DWDM multiplexers and routing devices.

At the start of this work traffic will be gracefully migrated away from the southern section of the ring. The northern section of the ring will not be affected by this work, therefore no client impact is expected only a loss of redundancy in Virtus LON4 Slough. This maintenance is classified as "AT RISK". Clients may notice slightly higher latency and minor packet loss while traffic is redirected.

Resolved - Telia Carrier advised they have resolved the issue and we have reintroduced Telia's routes back into the network.

Update - We have now managed to raise an incident with Telia Carrier. We will keep Telia withdrawn until confirmation that the incident has been resolved.

Identified - We are investigating some network instablity with Telia carrier in the UK and Netherlands. EXN have withdrawn all routes from Telia and we are attempting to raise an incident with them. At this moment, our team cannot reach the Telia Client Portal. We expect this is a global issue within the Telia network.

As we have withdrawn routes, there is no impact to our client services at this time.
