Resolved - After a period of stability, we have put this link back into service. This incident has now been resolved and full redundancy has been restored.

Monitoring - The fibre link has been restored, we are currently monitoring to make sure the link stable and for the all clear from the provider before restoring traffic over the link.

Investigating - At approximately 10:30 today our fibre link between Virtus Enfield and Telehouse East went down. We believe this may be a fibre cut and we are currently raising the issue with our fibre provider.

All network services have successfully failed over to other paths, however the site should be considered AT RISK during this time.

Scheduled - On Monday 8th April 2019, EXN will be upgrading our vDC (Virtual Data Centre) management portal for both the Global Switch 2 and Virtus Enfield vDCs. This will affect the management interfaces for customers using https://vdc.exn.uk/

During the maintenance, EXN will be upgrading our vCloud Director installation to version 9.5 which has a number of new features including enhancements to the new HTML5 portal. The upgrade procedure has been tested several times in our lab environment and we expect the work to go smoothly. While the maintenance will bring down all management functions for your VMs, the machines themselves will remain unaffected.
