Scheduled Maintenance

At Risk - Planned Maintenance - Equinix LD7 to Telstra LHC - Fibre Maintenance Feb 14, 2026 22:00 - Feb 15, 2026 06:00 GMT

We have been informed by one our dark fibre providers that they will be carrying out maintenance that will affect our circuit between Equinix LD7 (Slough) and Telstra LHC. We do not expect any service impact but redundancy will be reduced for any time that this circuit is unavailable. As a result we do consider some network services to be AT RISK during the maintenance window.

As a precaution EXN will gracefully move traffic away from this link, clients may notice increased latency for the duration of this maintenance while traffic is taking alternative paths.

Scheduled - Global Switch have announced scheduled power maintenance at their London East site.

One of the power feeds to some cabinets will be interrupted during the maintenance window. This includes one of the racks that contains our network equipment at Global Switch.

All of our network equipment has redundant power supplies connected to diverse feeds so should be unaffected by these works.

As a precaution during the maintenance period we will classify network services as "AT RISK".
