Update - We've had some further information from Verne:
"UPS C module 2 experienced a fault at around 14:40 and went offline. The fault generated smoke, resulting in a full evacuation of the data centre. The remaining modules took up the building load apart from some busbars on the 4th floor. This caused some racks to lose one of their supplies. All dual fed equipment would have been unaffected but any single fed equipment connected to those busbars would have lost power.
We have now bypassed the faulty UPS C module and restored power to the whole site. Our UPS contractor has been called out and are currently on route. The onsite team are still investigating to determine why the 4th floor was affected in this way.
Further updates to follow."

Identified - Verne have isolated the faulty UPS and 3rd party engineers have been engaged. ETA to site is unknown at this time.
We will provide further updates as the investigation progresses.

Investigating - EXN is currently investigating a potential power issue affecting the 4th floor at Verne (formerly Volta). All racks on this floor are dual-fed (A+B), but it appears that one power feed has been lost.
At this time, all services remain operational; however, they should be considered AT RISK due to the loss of redundancy.
Please note that racks on the 3rd floor appear to be unaffected.
We will provide further updates as the investigation progresses.
