Due to a management issue with a OTN transponder, we have been advised by the vendor to perform a cold start which affects wavelength services in and out of Volta.

Part of EXN's core ring traverses through Volta. As a precaution EXN will gracefully move traffic away from this link, clients may notice increased latency for the duration of this maintenance while traffic is taking alternative paths.

A small number of Wave Connect services terminating or traversing Volta will be directly affected by this maintenance, those customers will receive a separate notification.
