Our monitoring systems have alerted us to a problem in our network that requires urgent investigation.
We need to take a section of our network offline to perform intrusive maintenance, as a result the resilience in our network will be reduced. We expect no impact to network services but we do classify the network as AT RISK during these works.
EXN will gracefully move traffic away from the affected link during the works. Clients may notice increased latency for the duration of this maintenance while traffic is taking alternative paths.
A small number of Wave Connect services terminating or traversing this link will be directly affected by this maintenance, those customers should have already received a separate notification.
