Due to a potential issue with a OTN transponder within Volta, we have been advised by the vendor to perform a software upgade on the chassis and transponder. The upgrade methodology and new software has been tested in our lab ready for rollout.

This is not expected to be service affecting and can normally be done during daytime hours. Nevertheless, to reduce risk, the work is being completed out-of-hours.
