EX Networks have observed a non-service affecting bug on our core routers in Iron Mountain Amsterdam that may cause a device reload in the near future. As per the recommendation from Cisco TAC we will be performing an IOS-XE upgrade this evening. The new software version has been tested in both the lab, and production elsewhere in the network.

Before the upgrade all traffic will be gracefully moved away from each router and work will be carried out one one router at a time. Clients may notice increased latency for the duration of this maintenance while traffic is taking alternative paths and due to the lack of redundancy during the upgrade works, the maintenance is classified as AT RISK.

Locations: Iron Mountain AMS1 (Amsterdam, Netherlands)
